Because last March saw the start of a season with an infinite number of flavours that the season offers us, but also full of national and regional gastronomic events of different kinds with a common denominator: to conquer our senses.
In the new Atril we give you a good account of fairs already held and other new ones yet to come, of typical spring flavours, of places to visit or of the illustrious names that crown our academic chairs, with the pen of our friend Valbuena as a secret but vital garnish.
