El Atril is the monthly gazette of the Extremadura Academy of Gastronomy in which we inform you about the projects we intend to undertake and which will occupy the day-to-day work of the Academy.

But its character, beyond being informative, is undoubtedly cultural: every month we collect very interesting articles from our loyal collaborators, as well as special contributions related to innovation, chemistry, recommendations, opinions, curiosities, history…
