ATRIL 44: EVENTS BLOOM

With the arrival of spring, events blossom and Extremadura comes alive from north to south. Pilgrimages, culinary competitions, fairs, produce markets and local festivals make these months a constant invitation to discover a region that proudly embraces its traditions and shares them around the table.
In this season of rebirth and gathering, a new issue of El ATRIL also arrives – the bimonthly journal of the Extremadura Academy of Gastronomy, a space dedicated to reflection, dissemination and the appreciation of our culinary and cultural heritage.
On this occasion, the magazine is brimming with recipes, gastronomic journeys, superb wines, leading figures, culinary insights and truly unique personalities.
A whole spectrum of colours that goes hand in hand with the season when the earth smiles and speaks through its flowers. A time when Extremadura says to you: come and get to know us, come and taste us!
