ATRIL 30: 6TH AEXG AWARDS SPECIAL EDITION
Emerita Augusta or, in other words, the city of Mérida, was in charge of hosting the Gala of the 6th AEXG Extremadura Gastronomy Awards, which is why our cover of issue 30 presents this Roman circus in whose sands the sculpture that represents our gratitude and consideration to all the award winners shines with its own light.
In addition, we will also find out, from the hand of our beloved Rafael Ansón, who were also the winners of the 2nd Ibero-American Gastronomy Awards.
