ATRIL 41: CHAO SUMMER, MRS. DUCHESS!
El ATRIL 41 bids farewell to summer with honors, as protocol dictates. The break comes at a price in terms of heat (what a summer!), but certain characters help to overcome the main drawback of the past few months. As a token of gratitude, the summer duchess —the salad— will accompany us in this issue as our guest of honor; accompanied by the Extremaduran winery Pago Los Balancines -we thank them for their hospitality- which brings with it some authentic wines.
The entourage is completed by gastronomic trips, news, and Extremaduran regions. The event promises to be a good one…
But there’s more: today is September 8, the day of our land, Extremadura. From the Academy, we are promoting it more vigorously than ever as a must-see event for everyone, so what are you waiting for? Come and see us!
The icing on the cake of “41” is provided by our Academician Marcelino Díaz, who last night received the Medal of Extremadura. Our most sincere congratulations.
