In order to increase awareness and knowledge of our region, the Academia Extremeña de Gastronomía (Gastronomy Academy of Extremadura) has decided to start publishing the Gazette «el ATRIL» in English from this 29th issue onwards.

Its cover is dedicated to the fruits of autumn: chestnuts, quinces, mushrooms, pomegranates…
An explosion of flavours as special as our ATRIL articles. We hope you enjoy savouring each line, contemplating each image.
